Because of the data protection act we cannot allow you to submit personal information about a third party. But rest assured the authorities have the ability to look up the registration number you have submitted to find out the registered address of the vehicle.

We are normal people who would like to see the roads become a safer and fairer place to drive. We don''t like the fact that so many drivers are uninsured and could cause even more hassle should we, or you, end up having an accident with them. If everyone paid for insurance, premiums could reduce.
